......are your feet ready for inspection??

Have been dousing mine with scholl foot cream for about a month, along with using scrub every other day. It's probably the first year that I haven't gone into foot related panic as the sun rears its lovely head

NO!I've got my bliss socks ready though.

ilovetochat · 16/03/2009 14:51

i am in panic and wore boots today
i have horrible feet, have been scrubbing and moisturising all year but they are hard and cracked

Fimbo · 16/03/2009 14:52

I have flexitol just waiting to be slapped on

cornsilk · 16/03/2009 14:53

God yes flexitol - I need some!

TheRealMrsJohnSimm · 16/03/2009 14:54

So tell me about flexitol........

I have incredibly dry skin all over but my feet are even worse The scholl stuff is fab but am open to new ideas!

Ha. Ha. Ha.

Mine are most definitely not ready for inspection. Not only do I have horned hooves and sandpaper knees, but the verruca colony that I've been hacking at for te past 4 months is still thriving!

Uggs for summer wear?

akhems · 16/03/2009 14:55

ooh what are bliss socks??

got flexitol at the ready, although my feet are pretty good this year

AnyFucker · 16/03/2009 14:57

you horned-hoof women are manky......

why do you let your feet get in that condition in the 1st place?

do you not look after your feet in the winter too? They are still attached to the ends of your legs in the months from Oct-April, you know

Fimbo · 16/03/2009 14:58

I have loads of corns, I should really visit a chiropodist I think.

AnyFucker · 16/03/2009 14:59

feck, I've just lost me lunch......

Fimbo · 16/03/2009 15:00

I could go into more detail AF but won't for your sake. They really are in some odd places rather than just the sole of the foot.

MrsMattie · 16/03/2009 15:00

Yes. Had a luxury pedi on Saturday and will have another one in the next fortnight or so to really get my feet raring to go. I have fugly feet, so have to make extra efforts!

cornsilk · 16/03/2009 15:17

akhems - Bliss socks have with a gel type lining to go with the bliss foot cream. Not as effective as flexitol and plastic bags but a bit more attractive!
MrsJohnSimm - Flexitol is really good stuff. You can get it from boots. I slap it on, put carrier bags on each foot and than socks on top. (SEXY!) Uncomfortable but it works.

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 16/03/2009 15:51

Flexitol is brilliant for once your feet have got in a bit of a state. Once they are sorted then the scholl cream is good to keep them nice.

I need to have a pedicure, either do it myself or get one done somewhere. My actual feet are fine but my toenails need some love and attention.

MayorNaze · 16/03/2009 16:02

i thought this was going to be a sandal recommendation thread but am now going to retreat quietly, averting my eyes from the vivid description of the cloven hooves some of you seem to be cultivating...

ilovetochat · 16/03/2009 16:03

i have never had a pedicure, i wouldnt know where to go or how much it would cost

OhBling · 16/03/2009 17:42

DH and I are completely committed (bizarrely) to the Boots foot cream. It's green/blue which is disturbing but works really really well.

ilovetochat - go have a pedicure. A good one will make your felt look fabulous for weeks. They vary in price from about £20 t0 £40 depending on where you go.
