Please help me find an Abba/70s costume on a tight budget.

I need a costume but have tried trawling nearest charity shops to no avail. I have looked on Ebay but it all seems a bit pricey for a one-off.

Any tips/ideas on how to look Abbatastic on a minimum spend?

white trousers, shirt, lots of tin foil headband, big cuffs!
