That aren't dark in colour and jersey in style?

Actually I don't mind the jersey but they are DULL! I already have the one I like the best but I need a new one for a wedding.

And before you say it, I think the pale blue one in Jojomamanbebe is twee.

Well, not specialised, but there are a lot of shirt dresses in the shops this year, which could work if the dress was quite loose.

I tend to do a dress and shrug thing and then whop a boob over the top under the shrug when feeding. People are pissed by the reception and don't notice anyway.

thisisyesterday - tthat first link is really good... i came on to say 'step away from the dresses' but there are some nice possibilities there!

ja9 · 15/03/2009 20:56

although maybe not for a wedding...

ChairmumMiaow · 15/03/2009 20:56

I'm going to a wedding next month and am going for this dress and am going to go for a shrug or little jacket and a wrap/pashmina thing (in bright pink) for covering up as I'll have to take my whole boob out of the dress. There's no way DS would let me cover him (even if I tried!) but I can at least cover the top of my boob!

Bakersman · 15/03/2009 20:57

Why do you need a dress? What's wrong with a skirt and top? Much easier to bf IMO and don't need to be 'specialised'

LaTrucha · 15/03/2009 21:00

O I just like dresses Bakersmam.

I had seen the one at the bottom of this is yesterday's link in silver but I thought it might show every bump and lump?

Dreaded jersey but this one? They have sold out but they tend to get stuff back in pretty quickly.

I like these so much but only Bellamama stock them in the UK and they only have the black one.

Dote do ship overseas but it might be a faff with returns, sizing etc. I totally sympathise as I love dresses and live in them normally (and when pg) but bf in frocks ain't easy... hope you find something.

Pannacotta · 28/03/2009 11:10

I always recommend the Mummylooksfab dresses when this question comes up.

When I am going to wear a dress I usually express and take a bottle with me for dd.

I also wear leggings in the day and an underskirt in the evening / for more formal occasions underneath so if dd wants boobie milk I can lift the dress up and not be naked underneath.

I suggest Zara as the answer to everything but they do have some nice dresses which are easy to slip down to bf. I wear a bright scarf to afford me some modesty....
