I know that with the waxing strips you use oily wipes to remove any remaining wax so maybe baby oil will shift it?

Or perhaps you could gently heat it with a hairdryer and scrape it off?

Good luck!

Oh dear!! I made the mistake of waxing my underarms soon after I had my LO and managed to pull off skin as well as the wax,OUCH!! My skin is quite soft and flabby and i think i may not have pulled the skin taut as you are told to do.anyway i had leaky armpits for a couple of week and was then left with hideous brown scars. Im using Bio-oil to get rid of them, hope it works. id try aloe vera gel or after wax lotion on a cotton pad and gently rub that across the skin. good luck.

Just wondering if you've managed to get the wax off yet Mumsobusy.

That sounded very painful Zah!

no it wont come off I even had a bath to try and soften it. Im still at it bit by bit its like some kind of nail varnish but I must say the oily wipes did help anyway dont laugh I also tried nail varnish remover but only a little came off. I look like I got a rash and scabs on my legs. I wouldn't minded if it had worked but the hair is still there

Be careful with anything too hot, e.g. hot water, hairdryer - my friend put some wax on the radiator, thinking oh it won't heat up in warm water, and then applied it to her bikini line. Result: much 'ow' and burns that she had to go and show the GP, which was not amusing, although it was when she told us later on. Be gentle! Good luck.
