having avidly examined all of the S/S09 trend reports etc, I've decided that the only ones compatible with my pregnancy (and general personal style) are the 70s vibe and the ethnic/ traveller look.

So what do you think of these shoes please

well I think theyre lovely and have a very similar pair which I wore when I was pregnant.

Sadly I have a toddler and dont get to wear them any more as I spend so much time dashing after him!

lynniep · 12/03/2009 17:27

ooh - that makes its sound like I'm sad I have a toddler - I'm not!! I'm sad I don't often get to wear the gazillion pairs of heels I have stashed away ;)

Fimbo · 12/03/2009 17:28

Are they not a tad high for a pregnant person? I am loling at the free Trinny and Susannah shoebag!

LetThemEatCake · 12/03/2009 17:30

ha ha, I know what you mean. I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old (this new one will mean that I have 3 aged 3 and under - yikes) but I refuse to give up on wearing heels, at least some of the time. Although some of the more spindly/ evening ones may have to be resigned to the back of the wardrobe until my centre of gravity goes back to normal!!!!

thanks for your opinion

hello how are you?

LetThemEatCake · 12/03/2009 17:35

not bad at all, ta. Sick of the flippin' weather and dying to get into little strappy dresses though. I have reached that point where I hate jeans. Even leggings are giving me the hump. And you?

am not too bad at all thank you

have you been on mn and we just missed each other or did you take a break?

LetThemEatCake · 12/03/2009 17:51

been o/s for 3 months and didn't go on to mn in that time. Been in the sunshine, hence even more impatient with the British weather
