I want to look good at a party

I am off to a 40th party and would really like to look good - stylish, hip , like I have made an effort and have a clue wihat is in fashion at the moment! I usually end up wearing jeans, nice top and gorgeous shoes when I go out but I know it makes me look like someone's mum (which I am obviously but you know what I mean)

I am size 14 with big boobs. Pale skin, red hair. I would like to wear a dress. AM thinking something that I can dress up or down. Wear with tights/boots/biker jacket in the winter and birkenstocks in the summer if poss. I am drawn to the idea of something in a beautiful colour or a fabulous print. Deffo not another LBD. I know my figure scream 'wrap dress' but I am kind of bored of those too.

I have a budget of about £100 - but would prefer to spend less.

If anyone can help me out I would be really grateful, am stuck in a style rut and feel ready to experiment with a new look.

thanks.

actually methinks the OP's f cup boobs will probably be squashed on all the empire line stuff we're throwing at her.
I have experience in that department.

Where is she?

Oh wow - have been away from my PC for a couple of days - have had a quick look through and there are some beautiful things on here, love the tulip dress coldtits, andt that House of Frasaer one for £25 looks great (and I could boy a boyfriend blazer too at that price)

The warehouse one in aston villa colours is lovely but not got any bigger sizes left, love the Phase 8 stripey dress, not what Im after for the party but might buy it for day wear - would like to start being a bit more stylish in the day time and I think dresses are going to be my answer (instant outfit etc) I need a bigger budget!!

Well i know where to come when I need help getting dressed - thanks a lot, and thanks for the message from you emble, i'll remember what you said, I am intending to look great and have a fab night
