i all of a sudden fell frumpy and bored-not at all happy.i need something to boost my confidence-but not something that will cost lots!.

a dance class! For me it's belly dancing, because you can do that in all shapes and sizes, and it's about the natural movements of the female body. I had to miss classes for three months last year, and it made a huge difference to how I felt about myself.
But I would think any kind of dancing would do it, so long as you enjoyed it!

Ooh FromGirders - please tell me more about belly dancing; some friends and I are considering joining class. But the only dancing I ever do is daft Morrissey-style fringe flicking around the kitchen.
