I ordered ahem pairs of shoes from the sale site last week.
No emails, no comms since.
Just checked site, and half my order will be delivered today, but half 'pending'.
I called. This means they're 'sourcing' the shops to 'allocate' them for me.
Or in English, they've run out at the warehouse and are looking in the shops to see if anyone's got a solitary pair in my size. Which I'm sure they won't have.
So why was I able to farking well buy them online then? I asked this (politely, honest) and phone drone just kept repeating I Do Apologise in robot voice.
AND it's the half of the order I most wanted. Waaaaaaah.
