Paul Mackenna 'I Can Make You Thin'???????

Has anyone used this? did it help at all or dyo know of anyone??

i tried it half-heartedly. didn't make me thin. wish it had - maybe if i'd worked harder at learning his ways...

I read the book, liked the idea and found it very interesting. Unfortunately the CD you are supposed to listen to back it up, the hypnotherapy bit, was read by Paul McKenna and I only listened to it once and found it so irritating that I couldn't listen to it again.

Such a shame. If I could get it read by somebody else I would be keen to give it a proper go.
