What dress size am I really?

Bust - 112cm
Waist - 95 cm
Hips 101 cm

I know different shops vary a bit but I think I'm 12-14 on the bottom and I'm not sure on top. Therefore if I want to order a dress I havent a clue what size to order.

Next Directory say that your bust size equates to a size 20/22, so I would imagine a trying on session in some shops is in order.
What dress size do you wear at the moment? Tops/bottoms?
What about going for a top and skirt/trousers if you can't get a dress to fit you nicely all over?
Or Bravissimo who cater for busty ladeez, who are slim elsewhere?

It's really going to depend on the shop you're ordering from as they all vary slightly. The best option is to look up a size guide on the website you're ordering from. M&S size guide or Next's version. Hope this helps.

I currently wear 14 on the bottom and I always buy size 14 t-shirts with the odd 16. They seem to fit ok. Anything fitted though never does up or seems in proportion (unsurprising if I've been trying the wrong sizes I guess )

Thing is, it is quite a posh wedding so I think it really needs a dress iyswim

Oh, and it is a long time since I wore a dress as I am so top heavy I find it difficult to get anything to fit. Will go and check Bravissimo.
