do you have a large bottle of clinique clarifying lotion? why can't I operate mine?

oh god maybe I am just a complete idiot.

right - it is a big bottle of clarifying lotion and it has this top that looks like you squeeze it and it comes out but I can't get mine to work.

What am I doing wrong?

no - it is the liquid and the top kind of has little holes like a shower - do you have it?

I think I've had one like that in the past. I think you need to twist the top to unlock it, then hold your cotton wool over the holes at the top and push the top down. The lotion squirts up onto the cotton wool.

It alwayed dispensed far too much and drenched the cotton wool, so I poured the lotion into my old empty bottle and did it the old-fashioned way.

I think mine must be an old style one (it takes me a year to use one up), as you just take the lid off and it's a big hole.
