Is the Miracle swimsuit worth it?

Figleaves have them on sale for £88 and thinking I need a swimsuit to take DS (5mo) swimming in. Still carrying probably a stone of baby weight and my pre-pregnancy bikinis are not suitable.

Also have a wedding to go to in Cyprus this September where I will be sharing a villa with non-mum friends who are extremely fit and have not an ounce of fat on their athletic bodies. Not that we care about such things, but it would be nice not to feel like a total lardy lump.

They are good at holding you in but they are short in the body. They are quite reinforced-looking.

RinkyDinkyPinky · 02/02/2009 22:23

a bit cheaper?

RinkyDinkyPinky · 02/02/2009 22:25

sorry, wrong page

for drag shorts! I should get to bed now...

Oh I am annoyed that they are short in the body,I had been wondering about them too,for the same reasons as the op,but I am five eight so I guess they wouldn't fit me.

I don't know anything about it but was intrigued, so I googled it and found these very poor reviews:

Am quite short in the body anyway (well I used to be, my new post-pg boobs perhaps fill me out a bit more)...but that speedo suit looks like it may do the trick. Have you got one rinkydink?

Having trouble trying to justify forking out £88 (reduced from £100+) for the miraclesuit.

(clicked on the dragshorts link and DH said, that man's got legs like a girl!)

Hmm,that sounds terrible.Landsend do a similar suit, and they guarantee everything to the nth degree so maybe they are worth a look-can't do links but look at landsend.com

Right, definitely not getting the miraclesuit as whatever I wear has to withstand the baby pool at my local. Thanks Aranea.
