I need to exercise badly, but cannot get my self motivated. I have been eating pure crap for weeks..
I would love to have something to train for and aim towards. I HATE running so would not do a marathon.
I would love to do something like stictly come dancing or dancing on ice like a real intense tring programme to get my saggy body into shape real quick.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I do not have loads of money to spend on dance classes...
