Where can I buy the cheapest trainers for an aerobics class?

I haven't owned real exercise type trainers for yeeeeeeeears.

I'm going to a class on Sunday (Bums, Tums & Thighs - feel the burn ladies.) but I've got form for joining a class for a couple of weeks and then dropping out so I don't want to spend a lot for something that'll probably sit under the bed gathering dust.

Do Hi-Tech still do trainers for £20?

[naively ignores passage of 10 years since last bought Hi-Tech blue & white trainers]

Actually, must have a good rummage and see if I still have the old ones, since they were barely broken in

It is worth paying decent money for trainers as they cheap ones could do more harm than good, and you really only get one set of joints. BUT TK Maxx often have decent trainers in at OK prices. M&S used to do some own label ones a few years ago that were pretty good too. Try not to get anything to fashiony, "proper" trainers are likely to be much more boring looking.

Maybe if you bought spenny new trainers they might encourage you to stay in the class for more than a couple of weeks .

Good luck with Bums, Tums and Thighs.

places like sports soccer often have some good deals on proper trainers

Thanks. Will try out TK Maxx and maybe the sports shops will still have sales on.

I get the not-buying-cheap-ones-and-buggering-your-joints really, but I am queen of the 2 year gym membership/3 visits cliche.

This time will be different [determined]

I will get Buns Of Steel.
