Help find me an above the knee skirt I can wear with thick tights...

I'm 5ft 2" and a size 12 - am looking for a short skirt above the knee to wear with thick woolly tights and long boots. I'm 42 so obviously don't want to look too mutton. Thanks!

My friend (40) has just bought a lovely denim skirt from Gap that is above the knee and she was wearing it with tights and boots and it looked fab! It is a straight skirt and was £35 but can't see it on US website.

Hmm - bumping for you as I am looking for the same. It's tough out there in skirt world at the moment.

Nice cord ones in H & M with a pleat at the front. V cheap too, maybe £10-£12 cant remember bought mine in Dec but I think they still have them.

There are skirts which are so called tulip shaped and have pleats and slim down from the top and would look great with thick tight , the are usually on the knee or above depending on where it's from.

Agree cord is a good look. Also dark denim. Avoid stonewash at all costs.
