I shouldn't have tried this coat on today...now I really really want it......

but I have stupidly asked for H&M vouchers for Christmas!

Who gets anything nice there? I am coveting this coat like you wouldn't believe.

It hangs soooo beautifully.

I walked around the shop wearing it for ages, hoping the shop girl would say 'Oh! You look so divine in that, have it on us...'

Alas, twas not to be.

Then I went to TK Maxx and tried to fall in love with ANY of the tat they had in there...

It wasn't in the sale. I never like anything in the sale. Perhaps I should ask the girl if its going in the sale later....

This is the first time i have looked at an item of clothing on mumsnet and thought i really like that.Its a good price.

ooh thats a good idea. But the shop was def. split into 2 sections today, sale and non sale...and of course everything I liked was in the latter.

I think you should buy it. I won't tell Alvin Hall. Sell you H&M vouchers on ebay for a little bit less than they're worth, and give the children tesco value jam tarts for the rest of their lives.

lol. I can always get dd something from H& M with the vouchers. (And take the equivalent amount out if her bank acount to go towards my new coat)

OMG I've just checked my bank balance and I've got £134.36 in there.

Coat costs £135.06. I reckon if I dig around down the side of the sofa I can make up the 70p difference, no probs.

Thats got to be a sign, right?
