DD (5) has a beautiful party skirt: deep chocolate brown velvet waistband and then chocolate taffeta full skirt embroidered all over with little pale pink beads, and several layers of pale pink net underskirt.
She'll be wearing it for Christmas and I'd really love her to have some pretty party shoes so she doesn't have to wear school shoes, or boots. However, while Next and Monsoon both had the right sort of thing, I can't justify £14 or £15 on a pair of shoes she'll maybe wear twice, not when we have other children too.
So has anyone seen anything along these lines but at a fraction of the price, please could you let me know?
