button up cotton pyjamas for 3/4 year olds?

Ds has ASD and hates tops that go over the head but Im struggling to find some that button up. can anyone help me?

Secpnd Primark- my girls got lovely brushed cotton PJs that button up for £3 (or was it £4...) They have washed really well (the PJs, not my girls!!)

Where can I get normal cotton ones not brushed cotton? The only ones I have seen are Thomas ones.

I got some lovely ones from QS - were £2.50 I think - blue checked. They go so soft in the wash.
