Wrap velvet coat

this one I ordered a dark plum one in the sale which arrived this morning and it is totally gorgeous. I'm going to a little music concert tonight and I intend to wear it with an old rose coloured pima scoop neck from M&S, jeans and pumps (and a pale rose multi strand bead necklace and some matching little stud earrings).

I have a couple of deathly boring black dresses and the coat is the perfect answer as I don't look as good as I used to in solid black.

Go and get one it really is stunning.

Wrap quality is vastly vastly superior to Boden. And not so high street, darlings.

Swedes - it is gorgeous and I'm sure you'll look stunning.

This is by way of a massive thank you for introducing me to Wrap a couple of months ago. I am now a convert and the owner of some lovely dresses which always receive great comments. And the Boden comment is just spot on!

Shangrila - Oh I am pleased you like it too. Thanks for thanking me.

Swedes, Wrap is gorgeous
Never seen it before
I like your coat but love this coat

DarrellRivers · 12/12/2008 11:56

In fact loads of lovely things on here
Knitwear good value in the sale too

Darrell - Wrap clothes are really lovely and their customer services is second to none. This morning I ordered a cashmere and silk wrapover long sweater thing in taupe for a bargainous £29 (it was £99 full price an I very nearly bought it at that price) and a lovely bag as a present for a friend who has done lots of lovely things for me recently and two long silk wraps (scarves) one in mink and one in black to give to DP to give to DSs 1 & 2 as brilliant Christmas presents he has found for them to give me.

I have just purchased the cord belted coat, and a lovely jersey tunic and a poncho.
all good prices
Was so tempted by the silk dress and the cashmere/silk mix jumper with batwing sleeves,(extremely good value) but find the DCs trash these materials too much these days to justify the purchases
Am excitedly awaiting delivery and good availability all around
Have asked for the catalogue too.

DarrellR - Oooh that poncho is really lovely. What colour cord coat did you get? My sister has the blue one - everything about it is lovely even the lining!

Carbon blue
Am really pleased with the site
And nothing on the Boden site that even gets close although I would like a stylish rainy day hat to go with the coat
