I'm a size 8 - 21 weeks pg and my topshop jeans are too uncomfortable now but I haven't put on very much weight. Can anyone recommend some nice slim fitting ones which are a good style?

TIA...

I got all of mine from New Look, I really liked their whole maternity range.

FruitynNutty · 30/11/2008 17:24

I agree with StayFrosty Get the over the bump ones. They are sooooo comfy and don't fall down constantly like the under bump ones. No one will know once you've got a long top on

FruitynNutty · 30/11/2008 17:25

Oh yeah, New look is also very good, not tried the jeans yet though.

Topshop have a fab mat range! xx

Bearing in mind this was 6 years ago, but I got a really nice pair from mamas and papas

I had a couple of pairs of Topshop jeans that I wore until the last couple of months of my pregnancy. It was only then that I found a pair from Next (usually hate Next clothes). They were dark blue/black, well-cut, really flattering and so comfortable; one of the few things I was able to wear until I gave birth. Can't see them on the website. The closest to them is this pair without the belt. They have the appearance of lowcut jeans but the elasticated waist fits on the bump and is so much more comfortable than the Topshop jeans, which I found dug into the bottom of my bump as I got bigger. Might be worth going into a Next store with a decent maternity section and trying on a few pairs.

have a look on blooming marvellous too, they had some in the sale

twoboots · 30/11/2008 17:53

Next do nice bootcut ones

electra · 30/11/2008 21:59

Thanks everyone! I like the Isabella Oliver ones but don't think I can justify spending £110 on jeans that I can only wear until April...the others all look good though, will have to try some on.

I am starting to look for maternity jeans too. I will say though, last time had a pair of over the bump and a pair with elasticated side inserts. The over the bump ones were FANTASTIC and comfy, the elasticated side insert ones were a f*cking nightmare and fell down ALL the time, drove me MAD.

Mine were from Next.
