Chunky belt to wear with jumper dress

I've got a jumper dress which I love but I think it needs a belt to liven it up a bit. Any idea where I can get one that will sit on my hips rather than my waist?? The dress is olive green and I'm (sadly) a good size 18 so it needs to be v big....

can i ask where you got the dress from? i am looking for a jumper dress but am a size 20 and cant seem to find one which looks any good ( i have a large belly)

have you tried evans or dorothy perkins? i got a tan leather one to go with jeans and boots and an xl fit me( from dp's)
