Anyone know where to buy traditional boys "vintage" and /or smocked style clothing, coats etc?

The sort of thing I mean is wool button-through coats with velvet peter pan collars; shirts with button on shorts etc.... My brother had stuff like this as a toddler (30 years ago). I'm not planning to regress to the 50s and dress 17m ds like this all the time, but I think there are occasions when this style looks really cute. Does anyone still manufacture this type of thing?

I have had some stuff like this that my mum kept (some was awful, some was really cute!)- I had a fawn wool, double breasted coat that he wore last winter when he was 2- so cute!

Have you tried some designers like Petit bateau?
