can I wear black opaques with these shoes?

the purple glinda sandals on the right

I always thought it was a faux pas to wear tights with any shoe with an open toe but looking at some fashion mags it seems not.

should I?

it is to go with black dress

I don't see why not (as you say, fashion mags are full of this look). Make sure you stick with fine knit opaques - like Wolford for example - rather than cotton or wool knit.

don't know if I would, whatabout a pattern not quite so opaque type not so heavy, jsut feel the shoe is a bit to open for a solid opaque tights.

no, I wouldn't

I think the only open toe shoe you can fesibly wear opaque tights with is the shoe-boot stylee
