I love this dress. The colour is amazing but has anyone seen one like it out there?

Actually i just found it and its way too expencive. I have always wanted a red dress since i was a little girl.

This is a similar shape but has straps. You might be able to remove the straps yourself or a dressmaker could do it easily.

Again, quite similar. You could buy a narrower lengh of ribbon though to make it more like the one in your link.

And another. Again, you'd have to snip the straps off and add a ribbon but it's an absolute bargain!

Without knowing what size you want it's hard to find one that's perfect for you but there's pages of red chiffon dresses on Ebay at great prices. You might not find the exact dress but you could adapt one.

That last one was parfect.... dam my wide hips. Im a size 12 so thats not going to fit but would have been really similar if I had removed the straps and put a ribbon round it.
