I have a classic black beret which I've worn for years. I also have 2 corduroy peaked caps from last year which I've started wearing again but they don't look right anymore (O, fickle dame Fashion!) What are the groovy hat shapes now? I was wondering soft trilby? in boiled wool or similar, not the usual stiff felt IYSWIM.
I suggested this to DH & he started smirking...
