Coat for teenage boy.

My 15 year old DS1 really wants this coat. He tried it on and it looks nice enough but I don't really want to spend £70.00 on a coat for him as he regularly loses them, rips them or gets them covered in mud. I don't normally spend more than £40.00 so it would be great if I could find something that looks a bit like it for around that price.

Have any of you spotted anything similar but less expensive on your travels? Or if anyone has a sale code for Burton that would be great too.

I wouldn't bother, but I don't know any teenage boy who wears a coat at all, no matter what the weather

twoluvlykids ~ He doesn't usually wear a coat as he doesn't normally have them very long!

However...

Since trying the Burton coat on he's constantly complaning he's cold and doing am-dram shivers.

20WELC10 try this one too

Monty100 · 31/10/2008 14:37

Is it going to need dry cleaning too?

Amandoh · 31/10/2008 22:06

Thanks for codes Will give them a try and let you know if they work.

You're right about the dry cleaning Monty27. Not looking forward to the inevitable bills.

I'm going to tell him that he needs to look after this one or the only coat he'll get out of me in future will have Umbro emblazoned on it! That'll scare him!
