Who can find me a nice party dress for my dd1's batmitzvah?

I am having a party at home for my dd1 who is turning 12. In jewish tradition its a pretty big occasion and we're having an evening party with a chinese buffet and entertainers.
I need a dress- something modest to start with - no frontless/backless /strapless etc and also something tghat would flatter a size 18-20. Althoguh my body is still ok ish ( I don't look this size so people say!) my tummy is bigt ( 5 c sections have tgaken their toll) so nohting that would emphasise this rather yukky part.

And budgetg wise- I need to stick to under £150.
