Why have my bras suddenly started riding up

All my bras are M&S 34A.

AFAIK they have always fitted well, comfortable and seem to look OK under clothes.

Over the last couple of months they have all started riding up. I threw a couple out, thinking it was the elastic getting old, but they're all doing it - what's going on?

I haven't lost/gained any weight.

what dress size are you?
the band may be too big

PsychoAxeMurdererMum · 07/10/2008 08:20

you may not have lost/gained wieght, but shape can still change.

It did with me, and I now have gone 'down' from a 34c to 32d.

if yours are riding up, it may mean that you actually need a 32b.....

always better to go be measured properly tho.

DeJaVous · 07/10/2008 08:28

Don't let M&S measure you, John Lewis would be a better bet.

oh cod, you have such a way with words!!!

nailpolish · 07/10/2008 09:11

a. M&S are shit
b. your bras are getting old and stretched

therefore you need to go to a proper bra shop and get new bras

nailpolish · 07/10/2008 09:12

it yyou buy a new bra and the back rides up its cos the band is too big and the cups are too small

sameagain · 07/10/2008 09:15

Thanks all. They ride up at the front. Some of the bras are not that old. Dress size is 10/12
