Is there an opinion on this boden coat?

boston belted coat

am slim with generous norkage (soon to be surgically reduced)
Is it erm stylish?
I;ve never ventured into stylish coats before
Am fleece jacket, ski jacket, rugby warm up duvet coat kinda chick

seems to be bulkier than it looks so if you're slim it will probably be ok

i like it

it doesn't look very warm does it? and it seems an old length (unless you have fabulous legs of course)

is the huge floral thing part of it?

no the flowers are just for effect!!!

Hoping for d cup goi ng from HH (30) but depends what surgeons say as it's nhs not sure I can waltz in and demand an exact size though

For the money I think it a very dull coat.

I like the coat but am put off by the almost universal 'bulky' cries in the review bit

Looks nice in the picture, but judging from the reviews its short and bulky. There are other much nicer Boden coats I think.

Sorry to butt in on this but whilst on the subject what do people think of the Boden off duty jacket - sorry cant do link. Have been looking at it for weeks and keep checking stock level but for some reason cant bring myself to order. (I like the look of the Boston belted coat by the way Piffle).

I think the brown off-duty is ok.

It is the brown I keep looking at but as I said, something just stops me from ordering....

well, I am thinking of ordering the velvet coat, but unsure if its warm enough for winter. Any thoughts? Has it already been reviewed on MN?

Mmmmm I have also looked at these two, the second one is newish on the website isnt it. I do like the velvet one but was unsure if I liked the back of it or not (if you know what I mean) the winter warmer looks warmer but do like the thought of the velvet one - no good in the rain thou. Which one do you think you will go for?

I would be vary wary of any tie belted coat from Boden.

The one I sent for (and immediately sent back) looked like a dressing gown
