so sick of spots during period EVERY FECKIN MONTH

Every time I always know when i am about to start (apart from the aching back/cramps and fecking awful PMT) as i look like a spotty teenager again!!

me too, my chin gets covered and then it seems to take me the rest of the month to get rid of them so I only ever get a few days a month when I'm not spotty. The thing is it's not a greasy skin thing like with teenagers, it's a hormone thing I guess so I have steered away from stuff for greasy skins as it might be too harsh. Will check out the link to the lovelula stuff.
