Does anyone use Dove handwash?

How the heck do I get into it? I got two in an offer but can't open the pump so I've had to unscrew them and pull the pump out when I need it. It's a rather messy way to do things!

I've thought that! I've had some interesting suggestions from the men folk, but I think they're getting too complicated. Why doesn't it just screw open?

maybe you got a dodgy one, you should just be able to twist it open and it springs up

I got two different smells and neither will open
