I love my £15 Primark one.

Plain, single breasted, shiny, hooded and fully waterproof (have tested it on many wet school runs now).

Too short! wet legs ugh.
Whats the primark one like-long?
Anyone want to buy me one and post it to me. No primark in 'posh' Tunbridge Wells. People here do special bus journeys to brighton to get to a primark!

Nbg · 28/09/2008 14:11

Primark raincoat

Now mine is this coat but in plain green.
I asked in store about the floral one and apparently its only in certain stores.

As I said furthur down, I've tried mine out on a few rainy school runs and its kept me dry. Plus the hood gives you good coverage. I find on alot of coats that the hoods aren't big enough and don't cover all of the head.
Or I could just have a huge head.

Szyslak · 28/09/2008 15:12

Urrrh, anoraks.

I refuse to do it.

I used to see 'mums' rushing around in thier utility wear and swaer I'd naver sucomb, and so far I haven't, and I'm holding out.

I have a very large bag so always have a brolly.

I like hats.

and failing that I'd rather get wet.

Hoods on grown women should never be done.

malory do you rally wear that?

I may walk the dog in it, in open countryside but not on school run where I might see poeple.

NotCod · 28/09/2008 15:14

i think the deal iw when you haeva pram to push/toddler etc

btohgin more stupid than a very wet person imo( or acres of wet denim)

my new shoes

"Hoods on grown women should never be done"

What about hoods on women who are pushing pushchairs and holding a small childs hand at the same time and therefore cannot hold an umberella?

Nbg · 28/09/2008 15:16

Well what about the Boden one?
If I had the money I would have gone and bought that one.

LucyJones · 28/09/2008 15:17

I bought this from dotty p's at the weekend
has a hood and was only £25, perfect for pushing pushchair on school run

Ratface · 28/09/2008 15:18

i have bought two coats recently in sales and thought 'ooh what a bargain and so stylish, clever me'
have put them both on about 4 times and taken them off again and gone out in old one. damn those impulse buys.
