I remember them! Try Petit Bateau or Agnes B. Not sure whether they do mail order.

Lauriefairycake · 23/09/2008 10:13

god, this is irritating, thought I had it in my favourites - there's this fantastic site, talked about on mumsnet before where it's all cotton tshirts, long, 3/4, short in a rainbow of colours - great quality

bugger, off to search mumsnet, maybe someone will remember while I'm looking.

mummypoppins · 23/09/2008 10:29

I think Uniqlo ones are pretty good (and very cheap).

RandomFlopsy · 23/09/2008 10:43

I like the new M&S ones. Lovely soft material, wash well and good colours. Very sleek. Not too pricey either.

[waits for drubbing]

Good point cod. I am a short arse (5'2") and they are perfect for me (can't stand tops that cling to my bum) so they might be too short for long bodied people.

Worth getting in every colour, really good quality and fit.

wingandprayer · 23/09/2008 15:09

Uniqlo are good here

squeaver · 23/09/2008 15:10

Gap

H&M

maidamess · 23/09/2008 15:11

I'm going to say Primark. they are nice and long in the body, and you can get thinnies for layering, or thicker jersey. All £4 a pop or there abouts.

I think Primark is turning into the bruschetta and Eton Mess of the clothes threads....

orangina · 23/09/2008 15:39

primark shrinks in the wash, and they twist.
m&s too short in the sleeve.
gap good, have bought some new ones this season, will have to see how they survive multiple washing machine experiences...
saw nice t-shirts in jigsaw, usually quite good quality...

maidamess · 23/09/2008 16:51

disagree about them shrinking in wash.

orangina · 23/09/2008 16:57

(mine shrunk, but am happy to agree that maybe mine were unlucky.... )

bikerunski · 23/09/2008 18:08

Like Gap Ts, v long, wore my normal size until 7 months pg without exposing tummy.

Primark not bad at fraction of price. I thought they washed OK. Also long.

Muji good, but limited colours.

M&S good, but short.

Have had some surprisingly good ls tees from Sainsburys.

Had had some v poor ls tees from Hawkshead.
