as comfy as birkies but covered for the winter? is it possible?

i need a shoe i can stand up all day in, that will be comfy and won't press on my little toe which still hasn't recovered from it's trauma a few weeks ago.

and will be warmish and dry.

and flat.

i normally weasr chelsea boots which are lovely but even they are sore now.

sorry-cd-they are lovely but they only go up to an 8 innthe womens styles and the men's styles are very masculine.
