Right, where do you buy your ds's clothes from? (secretly hoping I may come across a decent website here)

Next, M&S, Vertbaudet and La Redoute all seem really dull this year.

Mini Mode have some lovely stuff, as do Boden but I cannot quite afford to kit the ds's out in their stuff.

Where do you shop?

I get my sister to send over Monoprix stuff from Paris but exchange is rubbish.

NoblesseOblige · 19/09/2008 20:33

woolies are good too - can you buy clothes from there online?

FiveGoMadInDorset · 19/09/2008 20:33

rempy · 19/09/2008 20:34

Rainbow babies online do basics in bright colours, no logos or slogans. Ive had a couple of tees from there, good quality.

Nbg · 19/09/2008 20:35

No I get some bits from Tesco.
We only them and a Mackays here for kids stuff.

Was thinking of Jako and other european places but again, exchange is pants.

I love H&M too but I cant get to one. I need online really.

In store: H&M, Primark (for Bodenesque PJs), Debenhams

Thomcat · 19/09/2008 20:39

Well have just bought DD3 a Kenzo dress and DD1 & 2 also got treated to overly expensive dresses too.

But as a rule:

John Lewis has lovely boys clothes at the moment - nice strong stripes and good colours. Bodenesque pyjamas too. Much cheaper though. I buy most of his stuff on ebay tbh, as I like nice clothes but am not prepared to spend loads on things he will grow out of

Nbg · 20/09/2008 17:06

I forgot about JL.
In fact I never think to look there for kids clothes.

I have the Nordic kids in my faves. I like to look at it and sigh occasionaly
Although there boys trousers, particularly the smaller sized ones, they are in H&M atm.
The ones with the big waistband and and the bright print yogaish pants.

Nbg · 20/09/2008 17:13

OP posts:
littlestrawberry · 20/09/2008 19:10

Like chasingsquirrels, practically all my boys clothes come from asda, tesco or sainsburys. Coats and underwear from M&S.

TrinityRhino · 20/09/2008 19:17

Do your kids have only a few items of clothes

cause there is no way I could afford to buy from all these shops like boden, next, h &m, mackays

how do you do it??

FranSanDisco · 20/09/2008 19:19

I get ds's clothes from TK Maxx, H&M, Gap, Boden, Joules, Next (through a shop called Choice who have seconds and end of line so cheap). I buy mainly sale stuff from Boden though as it's a little pricey.
