too school uniform like for me!

mabanana · 14/09/2008 21:51

It's fine. Bit boring. If you look like Kristin Scott Thomas or Grace Kelly (lean, elegant) it could look gorgeously classic, on me, it would look frumpy. But I bet it's not expensive.

MaryAnnSingleton · 14/09/2008 21:54

it's only £19 ish from uniqlo...the grey is a bit uniformish

it is a bit utilitarian, but it would be warm/practical.

controlfreakinfreaky · 14/09/2008 22:42

is it the shape or the colour you like? as pippi said gap have similar but good colours. bought a lovely teal one last week.

janeite · 14/09/2008 22:43

Be careful with the Gap ones: they shrink, even when you follow the washing instructions to the letter.

janeite · 14/09/2008 22:44

Or mine did anyway.

moondog · 14/09/2008 22:44

Dull

I knew this would be the Uniqlo one - I saw the ad in teh paper today as well and it did look good in that. Their website doesn't do stuff justice I think.

hotCheeseBurns · 14/09/2008 22:49

Worn well, it'd look awesome.

I love merino, it's so warm without being bulky, so easy to layer...

girlsnextdoor · 15/09/2008 08:27

Not fitted enough- try Kew f or lovely fitted carids, though they are just getting winter stuff in.
