Tulip skirts - yes or no?

I've just bought this skirt for work, but I'm really not sure. It's not a full on tulip skirt, but I think it has tulip skirt aspirations.

Is this new skirt shape the way forward, or best to be avoided on anyone over a size 6?

I like it. Not toooo much tulip goin' on.

A bit plain for anything other than work though.

I would wear with a silky white or black blouse tucked in and heels.

Definitely only for work - would not wear grey flannel outside of the office

YEp - silky blouse would look vair good, will investigate shops tomorrow.
