No, but only because I heard you could only get it on the internet. I don't know if this is the case and I usually do almost all of my shopping on the internet but it seemed a bit of a challenge.

No you are not alone but, I have to confess I have never heard of her range tbh. I don't really do foundation though so I'm guessing I am not her target market.

Here it is at ASOS I knew there would be some good coming from me reading "heat" at the Doctors instead of National Geographic!

I would be wary of buying something that I can't try first, I think or at least make a judgement on the colour.

I looked at the foundation colours on the website but don't think i'm that white but the next colour looks too dark. Maybe i could go and have a dabble in person when i'm next in Liverpool as like you say ranting i don't really want to order it without trying it first.

Maybe i should forget this and buy some fake bake instead

Mrs B the make up company behind Dainty Doll is called Jelly Pong Pong...... that is even worse isn't it

That's funny you should say that TRMO because when I looked at the colours my first thought was the first was too light and the second too dark.

Jelly pong pong have been doing cosmetics for a while now, think they have a fairly good reputation IIRC.

The only reason i saw it was because i couldn't sleep last night and the programme was on where each member of girls aloud indulged their passion.....Nicola decided to launch her own make up line. She is REALLY white though, like Queen Elizabeth the 1st talcum powder white. I really hope i'm not that pale but then as a student nurse i used to get sent for breaks quite alot for looking like i was about to pass out until they got used to my colouring

I'm really pale too and have spent my adult life in pursuit of the right foundation. The money I've wasted on things that are fine-ish in the shop and make me look orange when applied to the face - my neck is really white so of course most foundation with any colour looks vile. (I love Chanel lumiere - gorgeous texture - but even the palest colour is too dark for me! That's what we're dealing with.)

Bobbi Brown's luminous foundation's palest shade (alabaster, I think) and her stick foundation OO the best yet. (About £22). Did try Becca but very expensive, and 'sherbet' (palest stick foundation) a bit pinky-pale even for me.

Me too - I have a terrible time getting foundations - the last 1 I tried in the shop was Dior and it seemed perfect - factor 20 too. I am going for it next time. i would definitley not buy anything I couldn't try first as I have wasted a fortune on foundations too. Jelly Pong Pong have a really good reputation though, personally not tried them. Contact them direct and see if they'll send you a sample.

I'm very pale, and the LilyLolo range is pretty good - and they sell tester pots for 99p so you can try them out. In fact the palest one is too pale for even me.
