Would like to find a pair of shoes in red or cream for a smart function

I bought a dress from laura Ashley today which is cream with a floral pattern in red and need shoes to match.

I need to be able to walk a lot of stairs on dh ship so nothing to high.

More classic than funky. TIA

I saw some today at Jane Shilton, heel not too high, £70. Not sure if elegant enough for a L.A. outfit.

These are the comfiest shoes I own. I can't normally do heels of any sort - these feel like wearing trainers.
