Need some shoes, but not too sure what type

Hiya,

Got a few nights out planned over the next couple of months where I need to be dressed up!

Would love to wear high heels, but my feet always bloody hurt in them (how can I stop this?), so heel will have to be in the "kitten" style.
But, I also need some form of strap with the shoe otherwise my feet fall out!

Anyone have any ideas?

BTW, going to be wearing black trousers.

mary janes are comfy whilst giving you height..maybe try some of them
