Am I right in thinking that low-cut knickers make your tummy look big?

Or is it just mine?

My "normal" boring M&S plain white knickers look ok but my semi-shorty style elle mcpherson ones just seem to emphasise my tummy.

Am I imagining this?

I don't actually have much of a tummy, am size 10 but obviously after 2 kids and no time for sit-ups there is a bit of overhang.

Want to buy some new comfortable knickers but fear may just have to stick to boring 6 white 6 packs of 'briefs'.

yep I agree

Big kaks are the business

nothing worse than the waist band digging into your tummy and accentuating it's lovely wobbles

i do too.

i buy thongs and "little" knickers a size bigger to avoid the bulge around the seams.

Yes I buy a size bigger too.

More boring pants for me then.

If I buy a size bigger the bum's too big (my derriere is very flat} SO big pants in a smaller size works for me

M&S Body range boyshorts are lovely and comfy and cover a bit of the tummy bulge!
