Baby girls dungarees - please help me find some?

I'm looking for plainish girls/unisex dungarees, possibly soft denim, not cord or velvet and not in a set just the dungarees.

I want ones that roll up or similar kind of like these but waaaayyyyy cheaper if possible.

Everything I find is either in a set or has lots of detail on them, appliqued here, there & everywhere!

Need to be available from 6 months onwards. Can be online or high street.

I will be eternally grateful to the finder.

they are difficult to find. when dd was little i got a pair from h&m, never to be found again. and i got some from zara from the boys section. the zara ones were the best.

What about Osk Kosh from ebay? They're quite plain and pretty indestructable.

I got my dd (3) a pair of denim dungarees in Mothercare the other week. Not unisex as they do have some applique/embroidery but fairly low key. I'd been looking for ages. Not sure how small they do them, though.

Thanks all, sadly most of the Vertbaudet ones start too old or are out of stock, never thought to just buy boys & have lots of girly tops.

I'll maybe try a couple of boys pairs from there & see how they do. Will try Zara as well during the week.

Ewe the M & Co ones are cute but they're obviously a set & when you want to wear another top it just looks mismatched. Am I too anal about baby clothes

I got some at Boots last week.

There are dungarees in John Lewis too.

GAP will have them surely?

DD wears little else - my best source is my charity-shopping mother but can vouch for Osh Kosh, the boy's depts at Gap and M&S and also Petit Bateau.

'Set' ones are useful if you can lay your hands on plain tops - I'd take the belt off those M&Co ones and wheel them out with plain pink/white/cream tops underneath.
If I have to buy a boys' 'set' to get good dungarees I save the vest for wearing as underwear in the winter.

The Cut4Cloth dungarees are excellent quality and very good value if you can grab them in the sale eg here - the lining is printed so looks good rolled up.

If you have friends going to the US any time soon there's a much wider range there than here - Osh Kosh especially are worth getting. Ask for 'overalls'.

Lots of nice plainish or unisex ones sold for boys, I think, which could always be put with a pink top if you feel a need to maintain dd's gender identity. I have to admit I only have a son and am expecting another of the same flavour. I'd love a daughter but don't like most of the clothes sold for little girls.

now last winter this was tricky (dd1 was 12-18m) and the best place was ebay, but this winter there are some good options out there (i've already snapped some up for dd2 who'll be 6-9months).

gorgeous purple cord ones in boots (quite traditional) and lovely green ones with patterened top in debenhams (quite funky). I'm pretty sure there were other options in debenhams too as I remember standing dithering for sometime!

also think there were cute ones in the mothercare catalogue

Thanks again everybody, MrsB saw those and thought they were lovely but they're probably a bit pale for everyday at nursery.

I loved Osh Kosh when Boots did it & had loads of stuff for DD1 but gave it all away as we hadn't planned on other children (6 year gap)

tassisssssssssssssss lost count of your esses , never apologise for being helpful, I'm looking for something hardwearing for nursery just now so cord knees would probably look decent for about five minutes.

Just arranged care for DD2 tomorrow so I'll try most of the places mentioned.

the colour isn't as pale IRL - dd wears them for nursery and they stand up very well.

The worst are the baby-pink Petit Bateau ones (£1 BNWT, Oxfam) which stay clean for about 5 min, but if you can find patterened ones (eg these) the print hides a multitiude of stains sins and they only need a plain white l/s vest (5 for £5 type) underneath.

eBay. I got most of DS's stuff on eBay when he was born, and DD is wearing his old dungarees quite happily.

I got some nice ones in Woolies reduced to £4, got a wee bit of embroidery on the bib pocket but not too much so I bought the size I need & the next one up.

I've ordered some boys ones from Vertbaudet too so she'll be all dungareed up.
