help! leg waxing disaster

Last night I tried to wax my legs using cold wax strips. Stupidly, I did it straight after a hot bath .... anyway, on my thigh a huge patch of bruising/spider veins (or even burst blood vessels) came up almost immediately after I had waxed. I stopped as soon as I saw it. It looks absolutely terrible. Have never had this before.........
I am 2 months pregnant, and on blood-thinng medication (clexane/aspirin) which I reckon must have contributed to this ....
has anyone else ever experienced this, and will the spider veins disappear of their own accord? Help!

Ooops, most waxing is not advised while pregnant. It's in the instructions DO NOT WAX WHILE PREGNANT!

If the skin is not broken you could try arnica cream for the bruising.

What???? Oh my God, I never realised you should not wax while pregnant ..... why did I not know that??? No, did not read instructions because have waxed for years and waxed throughout last pregnancy with no problems ....
so how long is this attractive purple veiny patch going to be on my leg then? Just the thing for my holiday in the South of France in a couple of weeks ........

i am not too sure, but my mum is on blood thining aspirin, and other meds for her heart.
She bruises very very easily, and is constantly covered in them.

get one of those epilator things - i have a silk epil one and it's fab, doesn't hurt as much as I expected and will work out cheaper than waxing in salons after a few uses.
