Apart from surgery?

Bags under eyes appeared after having DS1 and no sleep 8 years ago but have never gone...

Anything work?

Did n't want you to be ignored- not much I can say- there are various products around but they just tighten the skin temporarily- can you save up for an eye job?

FranSanDisco · 03/08/2008 20:42

Glasses - works for me

Katisha · 03/08/2008 21:27

OOh no couldn't go for surgery - too much of a coward! Yes - I think glasses is the only way!
Thanks for stopping me feeling like nobby no-mates!

oi · 03/08/2008 21:40

ooh I have terrible bags

do you mind me asking what skin colour you are? I am quite pale and I think it makes them look FAR worse.

Katisha · 03/08/2008 21:43

Snap - very pale skin. Red hair...
Just wondered if any of these wonder eye-creams might actually help...

I don't know. If you find any tell me.

I tell you what, I will go and look for one this week and try it. I have a feeling that only 2 weeks in bed may cure what we are suffering from though!

oi · 03/08/2008 22:21

(my eldest also 8. Perhaps it is a key dreadful bags under eye stage!)

I once tried some body shop stuff that was supposed to do the trick. It definitely made the skin tighter under my eyes but also made it shinier which made me look like I'd been punched unfortunately.

Katisha · 03/08/2008 22:33

I tried a bottle of stuff that kind of shrink-wrapped the skin under the eyes. Dramatic improvement but also tell-tale flaky edges where it stopped!

Anusol (for piles) apparently brilliant.
