Discuss.

Can't think of anyother reason why someone would always wear orange - can you?

I don't think it;s confined to Buddhism - don't some Hindu holy men etc wear saffron clothes?

DrNortherner · 29/07/2008 12:23

Hmmm. Orange is quite a hard colour to find though isn't it? If you alwasy want to wear orange?

belgo · 29/07/2008 12:23

DrNortherner · 29/07/2008 12:24

cremolafoam · 29/07/2008 12:24

IAmNotHere · 29/07/2008 12:25

Are you sure it wasn't Jodie Marsh?
She is usually nekid, and orange.

QuintessentialShadows · 29/07/2008 12:27

oooh. When I was young a friend of mine would ALWAYS were black only. A professor at the university would ALWAYS wear white only. She had a philosophical reason, well, so did he. They did not see eye to eye, but they were a damn sight on the bus stop together in the morning, casting snotty glances at eachother.

As for wearing orange? is it NORMAL orange clothes, like orange jeans and orange leather jacket, or orange flowing garments...?

Maybe she just likes orange.

FrannyandZooey · 29/07/2008 12:31

I know 2 people who always wear purple
one of them has purple hair and a purple house and a purple bike, also
I have a suspicion she is not entirely the full box of crayons

Carmenere · 29/07/2008 12:33

Don't the Hari Krishnas were orange?

TigerFeet · 29/07/2008 12:36

F&Z

not the full box of crayons, no. Just the purple ones

Orange can be a... difficult... colour to wear, can't it?

ThePettyandIllinformedGoat · 29/07/2008 12:36

is she an ulster unionist?

Lionstar · 29/07/2008 12:39

The sannyasin sect wear orange and follow the infamous Indian guru Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. I thought the following had declined since various scandals and the gurus death, but you never know!

TigerFeet · 29/07/2008 12:42

Is she perhaps, like my good self, a fan of Blackpool Football Club? They play in orange tangerine. I used to go to matches dressed top to to in tangerine. It did not suit me.

DrNortherner · 29/07/2008 14:05

PMSL at som eof these suggesstions. Her clothes are normal orange clothes, ie orange trews and an orange blouse with orange trainers. Although written down that does not sound very normal. I did not even know orange trainers existed.

She also has VERy long hair always worn in a plait.

OP posts:
IAmNotHere · 29/07/2008 14:15

Are you certain she isn't a strange breed of Oompa Loompa? A sort of albino, but, er, orangino?

Do you sometimes say to her, "You're looking pale today, a bit washed out" then piss yourself laughing? I know I would.

[bad person]

DrNortherner · 29/07/2008 14:16

Well she is not orange, just her clothes. And she is not 3 foot tall

Her kid wears other colours though and her car is not orange. Mind you, orange cars are a bit rare are they not? Do they actually exist?

OP posts:
sherby · 29/07/2008 15:31

is this her?

My2Monkeys · 31/07/2008 09:56

PMSL at this thread - thanks everyone!

Did some research of my own, and this is what I came up with, looking for orange women:

Scary!

Even more scary!

But I finally think I got it: IS THIS HER??? Or perhaps her mother - maybe it's genetic?

Monty100 · 31/07/2008 14:48

She's been tangoed?

beautyscientist · 01/08/2008 09:33

Working for the satsuma marketing board?
