Have got horrible skin and greasy hair at the moment...

... what can I try to sort it out?

I wash my hair every second day, but it just looks constantly limp and horrible. I alternate between two different shampoos, which normally does the trick, but it's not helping. Any suggestions?

And my skin is just horrid. Too many late nights / not enough fluids / healthy food / time of month are all contributing. Any suggestions on something new to try. I have normal to oily skin. Perhaps a mask and some daily products.

Birthday coming up, so happy to spend a bit of money. Is the Liz Earle stuff good?

If money is not too tight then the Jan Marini stuff is AMAZING for normal to oily skin. I will do a bit of research as I cannot remember the name of the product that I used, you only need the cream but it works absolute wonders as it is glycolic acid based. It is around £40 but it lasts for a long time.

Hair, maybe try Head and Shoulders for a while, I always find that deep cleanses mine.

here it is on ebay - cheaper than £40 - is fab stuff, remember reading that Trinny (of Trinny and Susannah) used it and her skin used to be dreadful before she started using it,

Hope this works, I am hopeless at links!

I have just ordered some of the bioclear cream, my skin is full of blackheads atm because I am pregnant, it makes you feel yuck doesn't it?

FourArms · 13/07/2008 11:34

It certainly does. I hate looking in the mirror at the moment!
