Would anyone care to help me in my quest for stylish flat-ish shoes?

I like to think of myself as a stylish yummy mummy type (hope emotion), but I am stuck for work shoes. They have to be practical and either flat or low-ish heal, poss wedge. They will only ever be worn with trousers and I'm not keen on Mary Jane style with trousers. I've been wearing ballet pumps - m&s ones, which are ok, but kind of bag out on my trotters which isn't a good look. I'm on my feet a lot and the ballet pumps don't tend to have any cushioning, which would be nice.

I have some from camper, but they are a bit bloke-ish and not great but mega comfortable.

Help? please?

Fly have some gorgeous shoes and equally some real horrors. Have a look on Amazon if you find something you like as they may just have them cheaper. I recently bought a pair of Fly sandals from there, half the price they are currently in Scuh.
