My 10 year old Gap kagool has been always been hopeless but I got absolutely soaked on the school run this morning.

I need to buy a replacement but what? Lightweight, 100% waterproof and not too ridiculous.

Actually the packable ones are cheaper. lol at the spotty cape thingy.

I have a nice light green one by Patagonia. It wasn't cheap for a cag, but it's really well designed (for example the hood is designed to stop the rain running down onto your face so even your face stays dry) and I walk everywhere so get a lot of use out of it. It also looks nice, but practical
