Thank you for the new thread. My self restraint is amazing for 5 minutes. Although I’m proud that I haven’t purchased the Sephora edits (yet). I am really hoping for some fabulous BF offers so my restraint is a little better than normal for now.

I love everything cherry so I’m looking forward to hearing all about it. See that’s restraint I have t even googled it…. Off to check SNK 🙈😂

I’ll ask again here in case people miss it on the last thread - what do people think is the best sparkly lipstick/ gloss and best eyeshadow (looking for good pigmentation)? Even better if on offer or GWP!

Kiko have some sparkly make up in their Christmas range including for lips @Donsyb I haven't tried it but I'm sorely tempted.

I am wearing the lisa eldridge sparkly lip gloss from last year as PP said in last thread to start wearing it! Perfect for diwali bollywood party lets see if it can survive curry! I was feeling pretty shite before but some sparkly eyeshadow from ilia and this one is making me feel great.

Hello, I have been away for a few weeks - life was turned somewhat upside down and still is.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who replied to my ask about the Medik8 peptides here a few threads ago. I requested and got the set as a gift, right before it sold out and my life turned upside down!

In other news, does anyone remember when Liberty did their Black Friday sales? I have my eyes on quite a few things and would rather wait for the monetary discount than take the GWP.

Alas, I deleted last year's marketing emails.

I am also eyeing some Chanel items. I believe the lowest discount was 20 or 25% last year, so am hoping the sales get a little better. I'm after items in their permanent line so am not fussed about Christmas items potentially selling out.

I bought one of the Bobbi Brown Crystal Eyes shadow sticks the other day and it’s lovely! I got Brilliant Violet but now tempted by the pink. I also recommend the chantecaille aventurine lipstick, it’s gorgeous.

it was wrapped to within an inch of its life , I’ve got more problems getting rid of the packaging which is a plus in my book . I’ll be ordering from this company again based on that alone

Im hoping for some John Lewis discounts. I really like their edits, but its more then Im willing to part with money wise. Im quite saturated after all the BAC, FAC and edits and kits and got good bargains.

My favourite eyeshadow atm is ByTerry. Applies nicely, deep colour with a bit of sparkle.

I saw those, they’re quite cheap so tempted to give them a try. Just loathe to spend £40 on the chantecaille etc in case it doesn’t suit me!

I’ve had a message to say that my Regimes edit will be delivered on Tuesday. I absolutely don’t need it, but was happy to get the message 😅

I need to start thinking about which serums and I’m going to start next from my stash.
I have gone back to the Medik8 advanced peptides the past couple of days, but I recall someone mentioning they use this alongside another serum and it’s a good combination for reducing fine lines, so I need to backtrack.
I’m also trying to decide which eye cream to use next, I’m getting a bit bored of the Caudalie, although I think it does a decent job I am finding myself just wanting it to be done with.

Not that it helps much, but if you do decide to take a chance on the Chantecaille, you can get a discount on their website and can go through TopCashback.

I’m quite pale, unless fake-tanned and it suits me (both ways). It does stand out for sure, but I wore the LE lipgloss a lot last year, which was similar shade, and I loved it, I think it suited me well even though I usually go for quite subtle shades. I wore it both for shopping days and nights out.
In fact, I’m now sat here questioning why I didn’t wear it tonight when I went to a concert 🙈😅
