Help me find a similar jumper

I really love the look of this Merino wool jumper from Beyond Nine but at £279 it's is quite pricey. It is the kind of thing I would probably wear every day during winter and probably keep it until it falls apart as I've loved this slouchy relaxed style for years:

Has anyone seen anything similar?

to be honest I prefer a heavy cotton knit jumper over wool as I find wool really scratchy but I've never had a merino wool jumper so can't compare. I love the shape and the neck of the beyond nine jumper.

I've saved money for some new winter staples but if I bought the beyond nine jumper I wouldn't have much left.

Any alternatives welcome! Also any views on how scratchy merino wool is??

I think it's really gorgeous - & I'm not really a brown person! What I like is that it's a warm brown with a fleck/variation in tone - it's a gorgeous colour. The Sezane one is a more ordinary dark brown - though I love the oversized shape & slouchiness of both.

Some nice options suggested - I like the Massimo Dutti one in burnt orange - but none quite as good, I think ...

Why not register with them, & hang on for the sales if you really love it? That's what I would do, especially with pieces that are less likely to crop up on eBay/Vinted any time soon.

I live in wool all winter, the scratchy feeling doesn’t bother me, I got used to it years ago. But Sézane now has several sweaters in 100% yak wool, it’s not scratchy at all and quite similar to cashmere. The natural colour is lovely too, kind of dark taupe. They have two yak cardigans and at least two sweaters,

I have this which you might like, it's kind of a heavy cotton, soft inside. I actually have two colours because they look great with jeans and leggings.

I returned the Sezane Nathan because im short so the neck was too high for me. I didnt find it itchy but the high neck would have driven me mad

I bought the Virgil in navy with the refund and got a free large tote which is lovely.

I can't wear ordinary wool but merino and cashmere are absolutely fine providing they're soft and reasonable quality.

Ah, ok. Just that I presume OP wants something of a higher quality, not synthetic. And maybe with a better ethos too.

Lovely jumper! Not as exaggerated a style though, which is part of why the OP likes the original one she posted, I assume? Might have to consider it myself in navy ... 🤔
